Coconutty Custard Pie

Description

The Dinki version of a Coconut Pie. Luscious Coconut Cream custard with the addition of young coconut meat. Baked with a chewy coconut meringue topping.

Whole pie:  Serves 10-12.
Whole pie needs to be ordered minimum 2 days in advance.
