The Dinki version of the classic red velvet cake – mild chocolate (we use red cocoa) layered buttermilk cake with a fruity cranberry note in a beautiful maroon shade. Sumptuously iced with Cream Cheese frosting and finished with chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
This cake is made in sheet/slab form – suitable for event catering. (Serves 15-20).
